SEE GOD by making prayer part of their group’s culture.
EXPERIENCE HEALING by providing opportunities to serve.
DISCOVER JOY by promoting loving others.

What you’ll do

• Create an environment where members are encouraged to invite Jesus into their lives.
• Facilitate a group discussion based on that week’s sermon or a study the group is working through.
• Work with the Congregational Care teams to ensure the members of the group are cared for when they have a need.
• Pray for the members of the group on a regular basis.
• Coordinate with the Local Outreach Director to create an opportunity for the group to perform a service project once a quarter.
• Coordinate with the Adult Discipleship Director to ensure the group has the resources it needs to be successful.

Assistant Group Leaders
Model the Five Treasures in assisting a Group Leader. 

Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for adults to assit Group Leaders in caring for the group members through communication of needs and coordination of service projects..

What you’ll do

• Help the Group leader in communicating with group members
• Help coordinate service opportunities
