Construction Update for 1/8/2026

This week saw construction activity ramping up. The remaining steel deliveries were completed before the New Year holiday. After New Years, significant work on the retention pond resumed but is off camera. Toward the end of the week you will see multiple deliveries of materials for major drainage elements that must be placed around the perimeter of the building's foundation. In the last seconds of the video you can see the camera move from the material deliveries at the letdown yard over to the area at the end of the new building where they are installing the drainage lines that will move the storm water collected from the front and side of the building back toward the retention pond.
Next week there will be continued work off camera in several areas but if the weather holds we will finally see prep work begin on the "pad". This is the area that will be prepared for the eventual pouring of the foundation. That will be the type of work we have all been excited to see start. We are just days away from starting to see the area taking on its new shape!
