Dean Cline became an Associate Pastor of Discovery Church in 2019 after serving in various leadership roles since the church’s inception. Over the years, he has been deeply involved in helping shape the church’s vision and supporting its mission to reach and serve the community. Dean also serves as the Treasurer of Discovery Church, President of Cline Associates, and President of the Board of Directors for the Hands & Feet Project.
Dean brings a thoughtful perspective to leadership, business, and faith. With experience in both ministry and the marketplace, he enjoys meaningful conversations that help people think deeper about life, leadership, and following Christ in everyday moments.
He’s also a big believer in the words of Jim Valvano: “If you laugh, you think, and you cry, that’s a full day.” That spirit carries into the podcast, where Dean invites listeners into conversations that are real, thoughtful, sometimes funny, and always rooted in faith and purpose.
