Building Project Update for 2/24/2026
Upcoming Activity
The grading crew will continue with poor soil removal and put back.
In the North Parking Lot we are awaiting the installation of a piece of conduit. It will allow Duke to move forward with the lighting installation. Scheduling is pending conduit installation.
The installation of the entrance and loop road street lights has been scheduled. Awaiting Duke Power crews to arrive onsite in the next two to three weeks.
They will also work on detention pond structures if the weather allows.
Last Week's Activity
2/16/2026 through 2/20/2026
We received slightly over an inch of rain on Sunday. No work was completed
on-site due to extremely wet conditions.
The grading contractor was able to resume the removal of bad soil in the building pad and begin to replace it with good soil. (3 men)
The third-party inspector came to assess the soil and approve the replacement. Weather conditions-
Weather Conditions: Morning - lows in the 40s. Afternoon - highs in the high 60s with clear skies.
The grading contractor continued to remove bad soil and replace with good soil.
The third-party testing firm checked the soil for compaction and approved.
Ecclesia met with Ryanco Concrete Construction to discuss sequencing for footings and slab pour. They had several questions that were submitted by RFI.
