Building Project Update for 9/23/2026

The concrete patio on the front of the building was poured.

The deck of the stadium seating has began being installed.  This will include framing and a tray filled with a layer of concrete above the rooms that sit underneath the seats.

Significant amounts of framing were completed in the main lobby, side lobby, around the restrooms, and back entry.

Most of the framing has been completed in the office area.  The metal work for the windows and doors has been installed. 

Electrical rough-in is essentially completed and HVAC is not to far away from being completed.

The grading of the Building C area was completed and all soils were good.

The concrete contractor began digging the footings.  Unfortunately this included accidentally digging up the sewer line and power to the grinder pump in the septic system.  Lots of fun that day!

Weather is currently slowing forward momentum on the concrete work but once the area dries up they will be right back to work in that area.

Meeting with architect on-site to walk the project.

Framers continued to demo the back area for building “C” and  completed demo of the back building area.

The grading contractor began parking area demo.

Electricians, plumbers, and mechanical contractors continued with rough-ins.

Concrete contractor prepped the main entrance area for the pour.

EFIS (Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems) contractor continued their installation.

Concrete contractor poured the front patio.

The grading contractor continued with parking area demo in the rear of the building.

Mechanical, plumbing, and electrical rough-ins continued in building “A”.

Framing contractor continued with wall framing in building “A”.

EFIS installation continued.

Grading contractor performed a proofroll of the back parking area and was approved to begin installing fill and compacting.

Mechanical, plumbing, and electrical contractors continued building A rough-ins.

Framing contractor continued with wall framing.

EFIS installation continued.

Electricians, plumbers, and Mechanical continued with their building A rough-ins.

Grading contractor continued to prep slab for building “C”.

EFIS contractor continued to apply moisture barrier.

Erector came to address several flashing issues.

Surveyor came to stake building “C” and main parking lot.

Electrical contractor continued with rough-in of building “B”.

EFIS contractor continued with moisture barrier and EFIS.
