Incident Report

Our security ministry has created a new Incident Report form for us to complete in case there is something that happens during our time on the campus.  The reality is that if your group meets sometime other than Sunday Morning then security may not be aware of situations that occur when your group meets.

We don't want to be paranoid but we do want to be proactive and equip our security volunteers with as much information as possible so they can have a clear understanding of what is going on around the campus.  If there are ANY events you want to share with security and leadership please complete a copy of the report and give it to a member of security, the Information Desk, Chad, Pam, or Myself.

I would ask that you err on the side of providing to many reports.  We can share relevant information with other groups and leadership as warranted.
