Building Project Update for 2/3/2026
Upcoming Activity
Stormwater structures continue being placed. We initially anticipated all stormwater structures being placed last week but will push into next week due to inclement weather.
Rough grading continues on pace and on schedule. Anticipate completion at the end of February or early March.
In the North Parking Lot we are awaiting the installation of a piece of conduit. It will allow Duke to move forward with the lighting installation. Scheduling is pending conduit installation. The grading crew will install the conduit when they have a break in rough grading because grading the pad is a significantly higher priority.
We are waiting for the contract from Duke Power for the remaining street lights along the entrance and loop road.
The retention pond was anticipated to be completed this week but was delayed due to inclement weather. Work can resume once crews can safely access the area.
