We Love to Care
for Your Kids!

LilyPads
(0 – 12 months)
It is so important that your little one feels safe and loved. In DKM, we share with babies how much Jesus cares for them, and we make sure every child is well cared for. Our goal is to help parents relax and enjoy worship, knowing their baby is in loving hands.

Minnows
(12-24 months)
In the Minnows group, caring teachers love watching toddlers explore and grow in a safe, happy space. We tell about Jesus’ love in ways they can understand while encouraging curiosity and play. You can focus on worship knowing your little one is cared for and having fun learning about God’s love.

Guppies
(2 years old)
We love sharing Jesus’ love with our little Guppies! During church, they enjoy a fun and caring atmosphere where they experience God’s love through play, Bible stories, worship, and crafts. It’s all about helping them feel treasured and safe while having a great time learning about our wonderful Father.

Tadpoles
(3 years old)
Our Tadpole kids have a special chance to feel the love of our Father through fun play, Bible stories, worship, and crafts.
We create a warm, caring time where they can explore, learn, and grow in God’s love while having a great time with friends.

Puddle Jumpers
(4 yrs old – PreK.)
Puddle Jumper kids have lots of fun as they experience the love of our Father through fun play, Bible stories, worship, and crafts.
We foster a welcoming and happy space where they can explore God’s love while making friends and having a wonderful time learning and growing.

Elementary Ages
(Kindergarten – 5th Grade)
In elementary, kids start with large group worship and a Bible story together. Then we split into classrooms by age—Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd/3rd, and 4th/5th grades—where each group enjoys age-appropriate Bible lessons and small group activities. Every lesson is built around the message from our Pastor, so your kids hear the same story you do, just in a way that speaks to them. It’s a fun and meaningful way for them to learn and connect with God throughout the week.
What to Expect
We’re excited to welcome new families! When you arrive, stop by the Welcome Tent outside and let us know you’re visiting for the first time and looking for the Kids Check-In Desk. Our friendly volunteers will guide you to the check-in area to gather your family’s information and set you up in our secure system.
From there, a volunteer will walk your child to their age-appropriate room and happily answer any questions you have.
We’ll ask for basic details like family members’ names, children’s names and birthdays, address, phone number, email, and any special instructions like allergies or needs—so we can give your child the best care.
To be sure your child’s area is safe, we take several important steps: The hallway leading to the children’s area is locked and only accessible to parents and our leadership team.
We have a dedicated security team focused solely on children’s safety. Our check-in and check-out process ensures that only the person who checked in your child can pick them up, using matching identification tags.
The classrooms, kids’ worship spaces, and playground are all secure and closely monitored at all times,

Check-In System
After your first visit, we securely save your child’s information for quick and easy check-in next time.
When you arrive, just find your child’s name in our system, and you’ll receive matching ID tags—one for you and one for your child. Your little one wears their tag during service, and you keep the matching one for pickup.
At the end of worship, simply show your tag to reunite with your child safely. If we need to reach you during service, we’ll send a quick text to the number you provided asking you to come to your child’s classroom.

The Ride Home
On your way home, be sure to ask your child questions like, “Did you have fun?” and “What did you learn today?” Our goal is to ensure that every child has a positive experience every week!
