Construction Update (12/11/2025)

Handicap Lot

I had hoped to tell you this week that our handicap parking lot was completed but unfortunately due to rain and cold temperatures we were unable to get the paving done.  Now we are hoping to get the paving worked on around the middle of next week.  I will have to keep you posted on that one.

We were able to get the last course of gravel at the final grade.  So when the paving company shows up we are ready for them.  Also, we were able to put the jet line in the conduits so as soon as Duke Power is ready they will be ready to install the lights without delay.

Retention Pond

The good news is that the poor weather did not negatively impact tree removal at the retention pond site.  As you can see from the pictures below the site is cleared and digging will begin soon.
